Mr Ezekiel Okello of Makunda village in Bundalangi ferries his household goods to safety using a makeshift raft after river Nzoia broke through sections of dykes and flooded neighbouring villages yesterday . Scores of families have been displaced by the floods.

Golden Jubilee Celebration Mass

Fr. Fintan McDonald- formerly of the Friary , Crossabeg , Will celebrate

the 50th anniversary of his ordination to the priesthood on Sunday June

17th at 2.00pm in Crossabeg Church . All parishioners are invited to

attend this celebration Mass and light refreshments, which will be serve

in Crossabeg School immediately after Mass.
